Justin Mutie is a strategic financial management expert and analyst, with over 15 years’ experience gained at both international and local not-for-profit, private and the public sectors financial management systems and audit practice. His summary experience includes strategic financial advisory and management, financial reporting, systems and policy design and implementation, taxation, fraud, and general compliance oversight and advisory, management of sub-grants and grants, oversight on procurement, HR, ICT, audits, and general administration. He is also good at financial modelling and analysis.
Justin’s current role is Director of Finance & Operations at Teaching at the Right Level-Africa and his immediate past role was at Ipas Africa Alliance, an INGO focused on reproductive health and rights as a Country Finance Manager. He also worked at Transparency International-Kenya as the Head of Finance and Administration among many other places in various sectors.
Justin Mutie is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option), KU and MBA(Finance), Daystar University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds a PMD pro and Postgraduate fundraising and resource mobilisation (Oxford University, UK) certifications and is currently pursuing PhD in Business Administration-Finance at UoN.
CPA Justin is a good motivational speaker especially to youth on education, general life/ social matters. He loves pro-bono lecturing/training on financial management topics and is a developing swimmer.
