Zachary Kamau is a holder of PhD in Human Resource Management (JKUAT), MBA (KU), B.Ed (KU) and currently pursuing M.A. in Criminology and Social Order (UoN). He has a wide range of experience spanning for over twenty (20) years on matters of security, ethics and integrity. He has trained and worked with law enforcement agencies and also at Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) where he gained a wide range of experience on matters of investigations and proactive approach on matters of security, integrity and ethics.

Zachary was instrumental in spearheading the Public Sector Integrity Programmes (PSIP) and was in the Secretariat of the Integrity Testing Programme (ITP) which was rolled out in the Public Service by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission in 2006. Zachary has been involved in training on issues of ethics and integrity both within and without. He has trained Trainers of Trainers (ToTs) in the same field. Locally, Zachary was involved in the training of integrity testing programme officers in the various Government Departments and Agencies and is well versed on governance issues. He facilitated the training of Tanzania Revenue Authority officers in Arusha on matters of integrity and ethics among other institutions. He has a lot of interest in inculcating integrity and ethical values in Public Service through proactive approach as opposed to being reactive on issues. Zachary is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Associate member of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He undertook the Strategic Leadership Programme Training Course (SLDP) at Kenya School of Government (KSG), High Performance Leadership Training Course at Kenya at Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Corporate Governance Course offered by the Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG). He has undertaken many other senior management Courses.
